Wellspring is our nationally recognized, specialized memory care program that’s all about connection, choice, and dignity. We look for what a person can do, nurturing their unique skills and celebrating their spirit.
The journey starts with a personalized assessment to make sure the support they receive is a perfect fit. Our program has also earned the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America Excellence in Care Dementia Care Program of Distinction—our way of saying we’re committed to providing the absolute best care and a truly meaningful life.

Tailored experiences for each individual that fit their unique needs and preferences, ensuring dignity and purpose in daily life. We provide a holistic environment that encourages positivity, vitality, and personal growth.
Compass Wellness Program
Every person’s journey is unique. We partner with nationally recognized PowerBack Rehab’s Compass Program to tailor individual wellness plans focused on improving and maintaining physical strength and wellbeing.
Brain Healthy Diet
We offer the MIND brain healthy diet at every meal. We adapt the dining experience to enable all to partake in a dignified, positive manner that is within their capabilities.
Highly Qualified Teams
In addition to extensive in-house training, associates in all positions receive Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) training. This means that every team member is highly qualified to interact with residents.

A 2011 study by Hilde Verbeek in the Netherlands found that people in small house memory care settings were happier, less stressed, and more socially engaged than those in traditional models.
